Ingredients

  • 16 OZ HEAVY DUTY MAYONNAISE
  • 1 EA. RANCH PACKET
  • 8 OZ BUTTERMILK
  • 1 (16 OZ) JAR WILD & FIERY CHIPOTLE SALSA 
  • 1/4 TSP MILD RED CHILE POWDER

Directions

  1. Take medium size mixing bowl
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of Red Chile powder to recipe during the mixing of the powdered ranch dressing mix and buttermilk
  3. Make ranch dressing per manufacturer directions.
  4. Add extra cup of mayonnaise to the dressing
  5. Take one jar of wild & fiery chipotle salsa  and empty into a small hole strainer.
  6. Allow to drain for one minute.
  7. Add to completed ranch dressing and mix in well.
  8. Refrigerate until ready for service.
Shelf life on Southwest Ranch Dressing is 1 week at 38 degree temperature.
