No self-respecting party would be complete without this all-time favorite guacamole dip! The secret is in gently chopping and folding the ingredients together - do not mix ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 LARGE AVOCADOS
  • 1 TSP DICED ONION
  • 1 TBSP DICED TOMATOES
  • 8 TBSP El Pinto Salsa
  • 1/2 TSP SALT

Directions

  1. Remove avocado pulp from skins and pits.
  2. Add 1 tsp. diced onions and 2 Tbsp. of El Pinto Salsa for each avocado
  3. Salt lightly and chop ingredients together.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp. diced tomatoes, salt lightly again, and fold all ingredients together.
