Serves: 10-12 beef burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheedar cheese, (Mild or Sharp, whatever your preference)
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 10-12 flour tortillas
  • 16 oz El Pinto Green Chile Sauce (Medium  or Hot)

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add 16 oz El Pinto Green Chile Sauce to the beef and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until the Green Chile is well heated.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and portion the cheese and meat/green chile mixture and wrap them up!
